Google luncurkan Robot ke Bulan

Linuxsaya.Blogspot.Com — Kompetisi robot penjelajah Bulan, Google Lunar X-Prize segera dimulai. Sebanyak 29 robot dari 17 negara telah terpilih sebagai finalis dan akan segera dikirim ke permukaan Bulan untuk memperebutkan hadiah 30 juta dollar AS dari Google.
"Perlombaan ke Bulan dimulai secara resmi," kata Peter Diamandis, Kepala Eksekutif X-Prize Foundation, seperti dilansir situs web BBC. Lomba tersebut diharapkan dapat mendorong pengembangan robot penjelajah dengan biaya murah.
